Behind every runner there is a story and we think our local communities deserve to have theirs’ told. The Tales from the Valley Podcast aims to uncover running stories from the South Coast of NSW. Bega born runner Sam Hodges will be joined by another Bega born runner Russell Dessaix-Chin, Asics athlete and a stalwart of not only South Coast Running but Australian distance running. Sam and Russ will talk about their own training leading into Christchurch Marathon across the ditch in April this year, though they are also on a mission to track down guests and hear about their running journeys and aspirations.
