In the year 2021 AD, a microwave malfunction burns an apple pie and creates a divergence in the fabric of time, jettisoning young comic Reuben Solo into an alternate version of 2006 in which Ice Age 2 received widespread critical acclaim (nothing else is different). In order to prevent an infinite time loop, Reuben tracks down his 9 year-old self to teach him basic microwave safety, but instead ends up getting bullied so hard he enters the quantum realm, conveniently freeing up his schedule to start a comedy podcast called ‘Stick to the Script’. Thank goodness.
