Mick is professional life guard and paddle coach who runs a great paddle squad out Currumbin, Qld, Australia. Grant Giles is a professional triathlon and mental skills coach from Brunswick Heads NSW. A former professional triathlete who hasn’t struck a competitive blow in 20 years. In this podcast we will be exploring the full nature of this awesome race.
