Job Hunters is a series about, you guessed it, job hunting. While I studied librarianship, job hunting and the psychology behind it fascinated me. I ended up volunteering with the ALIA Student and New Graduate Group putting together Resume Workshops and Interview Skills Seminars. Then when I became ALIA’s ACT State Manager in 2017, I found that skillset mighty helpful when encouraging student and new librarians in finding work opportunities.
