After 15 years in the entertainment industry as a TV Host, namely Channel V in Australia, Carissa has transitioned from the world of external gratification to being of service in the coaching space. With life taking a sharp turn two years ago, we aim to bridge the gap by sharing Carissa’s experience of how the universe pulled the rug out from underneath her. Essentially propelling her down a new path that was much more in alignment with who she really is. This podcast is a reflection of this deep inner work as we explore the topics through the experience Carissa had with each of them; Dark Knight of the Soul, Triggers, Ego, Grief, True Essence Energetics and Manifestation. In addition, Carissa has created a course and a lifestyle called True Essence, that provides you the exact manifestation process that she lives by.
