Freo de Janeiro’s unique name is a combination of Fremantle, also known as Freo in Western Australia and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Abid was raised in Freo, enjoying the laid-back lifestyle, and fell in love with Brazilian culture after visiting Rio for both the World Cup and the Olympics. This podcast is an independent and community cultivated show.
