2020 changed the trajectory of my life forever. I was 24, succeeding in a job that promised huge financial reward yet I was unhappy, unhealthy and I felt unfulfilled. My chronic illness (Cystic Fibrosis) had caused my lungs to bleed and Ieft me in a hospital bed fighting for my health. I left that job to create ‘A Lot To Talk About’. A platform to uplift and inspire hope through story. To uncover the key elements and points of growth in my guest’s personal journeys. I also left that hospital bed, to run marathons and prove that we aren’t defined by our circumstances but rather how we respond to them.
