Welcome to The 28 Year Old Male podcast channel, where the existential dread meets casual cynicism, hosted by none other than the former faceless ranter myself, James Kennedy. Yeah, I’m that guy—the one who spent way too much time dissecting the absurdity of modern life, the contradictions of media, and the pseudo-heroics of influencers, all while clinging to a Schooner McGavin and the quiet hope that things might one day make sense. On these podcasts, I’m joined by my mates Travis Cloke, Winnie Blues, Rich Hughes and many more to cut through the noise and dig deeper into the everyday ironies that keep us all scrolling, ranting, and maybe laughing (while also crying a bit). Each episode, We’ll dive into topics you love to hate and hate to love, from the performative activism and corporate wokeness, the evolution of the alpha try hard whose entire personality is in anti-wokeness and wrist girth, to the everyday disasters of young adulthood. Expect unfiltered conversations, weird tangents, and, of course, some brutal honesty about the world we live in—and the parts of it that just don’t add up. So if you’re here to question everything with a smirk and stubby, you’ve come to the right place. Pull up a seat, or don’t—I won’t tell you what to do. Just know that every week, I’ll be right here, cutting through the ridiculousness, calling it as I see it, and trying to figure it all out. Originally released as Quarter Life Crisis Podcast.
