I am a mum of 3 beautiful boys with ADHD, I love being a mum but my home life was absolute chaos and the stress of daily life had a terrible effect on my health. My husband had so many horror filled stories of growing up with severe ADHD that I decided I wanted to change the experience for my little boys. So I got to work and systematically changed and streamlined my families lives to suit the ADHD brain and now that I have my family sorted I want to help yours.
